What are Sweet Rewards?

Why don't you offer free shipping?

Since we are a brand new shop, we cannot offer this at this time, but we are hoping to be able to offer it in the future.

Why does it take so long to receive my items?

All Items are made to order, so they may take a bit longer because there is a processing time to make each item. But don't worry, it will be worth the wait ;)

Why don't you have merch for a group/artist I like?

We are trying to add merch for as many groups as possible, so this may take us some time since there's so many groups/artists out there. We will add new designs every month and will try to create designs for the groups that are in high demand at the time. Do you have washing care instructions for your products?

Apparel Items

These should be only washed with like colors. You can certainly machine wash the garments in warm water. Keep in mind that you should only use non-chlorine bleach if necessary and do not iron the decorated (printed) areas. If the garments require dry-cleaning, you can use any solvent except the trichloroethylene. Tumble-dry these garments on medium.


The Pillowcase itself can be machine washed according to the above mentioned care instructions. However, the pillow insert should only be hand-washed.

Why are shipping prices so high?

Our shipping is based on the weight of our items. We hope to be able to offer free shipping in the future though.

How can I join the team?

Can I send you my design to put on an item?

Can I return an item?

If there's an issue that occurs on our end (broken items, defective items,or wrong item) we will take care of the expense to return and send a new item to you. But if you would like to return an item that does not have any defects or due to the wrong size being ordered, that will be at the expense of the customer.

Why did my merch arrive in different shipments?

Some of our items are shipped from different vendors, so they may arrive in different shipments, so please be patient if you haven't received an item with the rest of your order.

What if I want a design on a different item or on a different color?

What cell phone cases do you have?

We currently only offer iPhone cases 5/5S/SE, 6S/6 Plus/6S Plus and Samsung Galaxy cases s5, s6, s7

How often do you add new designs to the shop?

We add new designs every month, so make sure to check back frequently for some great new unique designs!
